La maison Berri, Villeray.

The biggest challenge of this construction was to maximize the small lot size of the location and to be able to build a house that would meet several desired architectural aspects, including absolute privacy. It was at this point that the idea of ​​the inner courtyard appeared. The interior courtyard would also offer the possibility to compose there every season. There are 3 bedrooms in this house, as well as different living spaces where everyone finds their space.
